I want you to feel pampered as well as to respecting my fellow service providers, please NO CHILDREN at your appointments.

Booking Deposit:
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the service is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will transfer to your booked appointment.

Rescheduling:
Should you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call/text (707) 515-9487. If I am unavailable to take your call, please leave a clear voice message with your name, time, and date of your scheduled appointment.

No-Shows:
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment, will result in a no-show fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service/s. If a no show is a continuous issue, I will REQUIRE 50% of your scheduled service at booking. This will act as a non refundable deposit and will go towards your scheduled service.
