I want you to feel pampered as well as to respecting my fellow service providers, please NO CHILDREN at your appointments.

Booking Deposit:
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the service is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will transfer to your booked appointment.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call/text (707) 515-9487. If I am unavailable to take your call, please leave a clear voice message with your name, time, and date of your scheduled appointment.

No-Shows:
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment, will result in a no-show fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service/s. If a no show is a continuous issue, I will REQUIRE 50% of your scheduled service at booking. This will act as a non refundable deposit and will go towards your scheduled service.
