I want you to feel pampered as well as to respect my fellow service providers, please NO CHILDREN at your appointments. Sickness: If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. This means any cold, flu, maybe its just allergies type symptoms we MUST reschedule. Failure to do so not only puts me, but other clients at risk. If you show up to a scheduled appointment sick I will have to reschedule you, and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service. If I am unavailable to take your call, please leave a clear voice message with your name, time, and date of your scheduled appointment.
No-Shows: Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment, will result in a no-show fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service/s. If a no show is a continuous issue, I will REQUIRE 50% of your scheduled service at booking. This will act as a non refundable deposit and will go towards your scheduled service.
